Arts in Healing Showcased in Altoona Mirror

The Center for Counseling's "Arts in Healing" exhibit was featured in an article in the Altoona Mirror. Art therapist Molly Ludwig-Henningsgaard shared why art therapy is effective in helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression and other symptoms.

Supplies for art therapy are provided through grants from the Home Nursing Agency Foundation and Central Pennsylvania Community Foundation.
